MJF Agencies Employee Loan


Eligible employees of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation (MJF) and its constituent agencies are currently able to apply for loans of up to $1,500 to help with temporary financial needs. 


Employees must be full-time, must have been employed at the constituent agency for a minimum of 6 months, and be in good standing.  Eligibility will be confirmed with the agency's Human Resources manager.

Loan Documents:

2.   The application is confidential and is not shared with MJF or the constituent agency employer.

2.   Read the confirmation email that you receive after submitting.

Loan Committee Review:

Once all information is confirmed and credit reports are completed, if the applicant qualifies, then the loan committee will meet to review the application within one to three days.  Once approved, loan documents will be signed and the loan funds will be disbursed.


  • Loan payments are $50 per paycheck.

  • Repayment will begin about 30 days after receiving the loan.

  • All payments will be made via payroll deduction.  Should the employee not be receiving paychecks for any period of time during the repayment term, then payments will be collected via ACH payments from the employee's bank account.
